Topic: Boarding Schools Truth and Healing Bill, Tell Congress to Address the Trauma of Indian Boarding Schools

Last week, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (MA), Rep. Sharice Davids (KS-3), and Rep. Tom Cole (OK-4) introduced a bill to create a Truth and Healing Commission on Indian Boarding School Policies in the United States.  It is long overdue for the United States and the faith community to acknowledge the historic trauma of the Indian boarding school era.
